Fees
We base all our quotes on the documentary evidence you send us when applying for a no obligation quote. We do not charge by the hour. To cover administrative costs, we do set a minimum charge per job of £5. We believe that this system is a win-win arrangement:
- Our customer has a firm quote which remains valid for 30 days, and a guarantee from us that we will not get in contact with you towards the end of a job requesting more time – and money.
- The Whole Proof will know exactly how much work your document needs, and will be able to accord it the respect it needs. Our credibility remains intact with our customers because we’ve given you a firm quote and a promise to complete the work on time and to your satisfaction.
If you’re ever unhappy with our service, we will refund your payment to us in full. Your satisfaction is our principal goal and we aim to secure long term mutually beneficial relations based on the quality of our work and your satisfaction with the results.
How we calculate fees
We calculate your fee using three main criteria:
- How many words or pages your document has
- What service you require (proofreading or copyediting), and the nature of the work (business, academic etc.)
- Your deadline requirements
We have tried to keep this process as simple for you as we can, saving you time. It is as simple as providing us with your contact details, ticking a few boxes and attaching your document. We wil then get back to you within 24 hours with your no-obligation quote, which will remain valid in our database for the following 30 days.
